Asheville Biscuitry Closed

The Asheville Biscuitry, and 6 month old independently run biscuit and doughnut company has shut down. Opened January 2016, the business occupied the well known location on Merrion Avenue that formerly housed Dough.

The biscuitry catered to the breakfast crowd, with hours from 8-3, serving breakfast foods and pastry items. Pastry chef Brian Thornton and owner Marcus Fincham offered sweet and savory fairs, including gluten free doughnuts. The Biscuitry focused on making small, frequent batches of food to see things fresh.
