Asheville Humane Society Waives Adoption Fees for Holiday Promotion

From Tuesday, December 6 through Friday, December 23, Asheville Humane Society is waiving adoption fees for all dogs over 25 pounds and all cats and kittens for their “Love Actually is Priceless” adoption promotion sponsored by Prestige Subaru. As part of Subaru’s “Share the Love” event going on now through January 3, Prestige will be showcasing a brand new car at Asheville Humane Society’s Adoption Center this Saturday, December 10.

“There are so many homeless animals who are waiting for a second chance,” said Pamela Burgess, Adoption Center Manager at Asheville Humane Society. “We hope this promotion will help more pets and people find love this holiday season.”

Each adoption includes spay/neuter surgery, a microchip with free 1-year registration, all up-to-date vaccines, a free starter bag of pet food, and a free office visit with a participating veterinarian. Potential adopters can preview the available pets online at ashevillehumane.org or visit with them at Asheville Humane Society, 14 Forever Friend Lane, just off Brevard Road near the WNC Farmer’s Market.
