Vanity, also known as Vanity Shops or Vanity Shop of Grand Forks will soon be joining other retailers at the Asheville Mall on Tunnel Road. Headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, Vanity opened their first store in 1969. The popular junior fashion retailer has since grown to over 170 locations in 26 states.
The storefront at the Asheville Mall will be the first in North Carolina, with the second closest store located in Johnson City, Tennessee. Vanity caters to fashion conscious young females, with each location typically delegating 1/3 of all floor space to junior women’s merchandise. Vanity offers sizing from 0-21, and a small range of plus size clothing. Shirts and tops generally are priced at $20+, with jeans being available at $40 and up.
There is no official opening date as of yet for the Vanity store. Vanity Clothing joins Aerie, Charlotte Russe, and H&M as retailers who cater specifically to junior and teen clothing, shoes, and accessories. The Asheville Mall currently boasts over 80 other retailers to suite all of your shopping needs.
