I don’t know about that Phillip a lot of tourist will go to the outlets before going to the mall. I don’t live in Asheville but will definitely make a visit just for the outlets.
as much as i love to see the biltmore mall re-open(its been biltmore mall and nothing will change that to me haha)
the stores kinda really irks me in the fact that in the world of stereotypes you’re appealing to like….4. wheres the gamestop for the nerds? wheres the hot topic pr headshop for the metalheads or the smokers? sure these stores are popular but more buisness comes from diversity, and there’s like no diversity in the people that will go to these stores, buisness may be big at first but everyone will still just go back to the asheville mall sheerly because its bigger with better stores even though some of the same stores are here.
just my 2 cents
