2015 Yarn Crawl May 7th-10th

Years ago, local yarn store Friends & Fiberworks started a yarn crawl – that is, a day where locals endeavor to visit all of the yarn and fiber related shops in the area. This concept quickly grew and started to include businesses located in Black Mountain, Franklin, and even some farms in South Carolina. Now known as the WNC Yarn Crawl, this annual event is popular with fiber artists, and has grown to span over several days. Each participant can print out their own crawl card, and they must get the card stamped at each store visited. Each store will be hosting giveaways, raffles, and special sales. If you manage to visit each location and get your crawl card filled out completely, you can turn it in for your chance to win the grand prize!
