Black Mountain Comic Con July 9, 2016

Comic Con is coming to Black Mountain. The event will include vendors and artists working in the fields of comics, anime, toys, science fiction, steam punk, or anything pop culture. The Black Mountain Comic Con will also be hosting a costume contest and encourage anyone who enjoys cosplay to come in their favorite getup.

Geek culture is prevalent in Asheville and the surrounding areas, and with the absence of Asheville Comic Expo (ACE) this year, the Black Mountain Comic Con will be a fun, family friendly alternative for those looking to get their Comic Con “fix”.

The event will be held July 9, 2016 at the Montreat Conference center. The cost to attend is $3.00 for Adults $2.00 for those 12 and under, 3 and under are free. The first 100 people thru the door will receive a swag bag 1 per family. The event will run from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
