Burial Beer Bottle Releases and Events

Dual Bottle Release:

13th Moon & Self-Titled Album: Intro |Sunday, July 3rd at 12pm

This Sunday, July 3rd at 12pm Burial Beer Co. will release one last beer from the Moon Series and launch a new endeavor: Self-Titled Album.

  1. 13th Moon – This last offering is a India Pale Ale brewed with passion fruit and fermented on honeysuckle, heather, strawberry leaf, and elderflowers. Saphir and Kazbek hop bitterness is quelled by tropical and floral notes from the fruit and flowers resulting in a complex, and cumulative beer from this series.

$16 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2 bottles per person.

  1. Self-Titled Album: Intro  – This Imperial Stout is the starting point. The first notes and measures you fell in love with from the album that would be you’re epiphany. A dark, brooding beer that hides behind nothing, brewed to style, and unabashedly itself.

$16 per 750ml bottle. Limit 2 bottles per person.

Keeper’s Veil Honey Saison – Brewed exclusively using Riverbend Malthouse 6-row malt and wheat, along side wildflower honey, this beer gets the majority of its floral nuance from the addition of a medley of dried herbs and flowers ranging from hibiscus, chamomile, rose petals, passion flower, heather, lavender, and elder flowers.

Available on draught and 16oz cans.

Patersbier – This offering from our barrel-fermented series is brewed with simple malt bill of Pilsner, Melanoiden malt, and Flaked Barley. Lightly hopped with Saaz and Magnum hops and Grains of Paradise, this is our take on a beloved, classic style not often found outside the Monasteries of Belgium.

Sifter – Salted Stout – This American stout is brewed with oats, and Riverbend wheat. Sea salt adds sharp contrast to the dark chocolate malt bringing out the bittersweetness we crave in this style.

Thresher – Coffee Saison – Our goal- to prove that coffee does not always have to pair with dark beer. Here, we brewed a French Saison and added cold pressed Counter Counter Culture’s Sipacapa coffee from San Marcos, Guatemala post fermentation. This varietal was chosen for notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and fig with a complimentary roast profile and slight acidity.
