Weekly Beer Releases:

Monday, September 12th

Gang of Blades Double IPA – The oldest of trees beckon the widest of blades. But the biggest require the help of a gang of blades, teaming up to provide the deepest array of cuts. This DIPA is born from an arsenal of ingredients. A pilsner base is fortified with NC-malted wheat, while South Pacific hops feed off the tropical juiciness of a house wild yeast. Expect tangerine, pineapple and mango from this super hop juice.

| 8.3% | 1.076 | 65 | Orange

Scythe Rye IPA – For this Rye IPA, we use a healthy dose of malted Rye and Belgian Crystal malts while Mosaic, Summit, and Chinook hops add that delicious hop flavor and aroma.

| 7% | 1.064 | 66 | Golden

Wednesday, September 14th

The First Miracle – Early Harvest Saison – Brewed with Riverbend Pilsner malt, Spelt, and Flaked Wheat this saison features Tempranillo grape juice from Overmountain Vineyard. Hopped with Northern Brewer, East Kent, and Golding hops this rustic offering is the herald of harvest.

| 5.6% | 1.048 | 22 | Blonde

Thursday, September 15th

The Resurrection Pulpit – Speltenbier – This modernized brew is a riff on a wit bier with spelt as the primary base malt instead of wheat. Honey malt and flaked barley, grains of paradise, orange peel, and coriander resurrect traditional adjuncts to a new purpose.

| 4.7% | 1.042 | 8 | Blonde

Saturday, September 17th

Four Flower beers crafted from flowers and herbs from Lady Luck Flower Farm.  Tulsi Basil Saison, Yarrow Saison, Shisho Gose, and Wildflower Blonde Sour tapped at noon with a recommended pairings from Salt & Smoke Kitchen.
