“Anyone who has been inside the temple’s theater knows it doesn’t need much else to make it look special, but that certainly isn’t stopping the Hatchett’s and their team from going above and beyond to make it a dreamy, etherial, and unforgettable event.” ~Ayana Dusenberry, Asheville Grit
With this event produced by Hatchett Creative Group, we want to show The Masonic Temple as it has never been seen before. We’ll be utilizing The Masonic Temple in its entirety, including its amazing 100+ year old theatre with gorgeous forest themed tapestries to house the runway. The theatre will otherwise be dressed in handmade dream catchers, draping fabrics, and tree branches in natural and white tones. Our runway will be dressed with various sizes of natural crystals provided by Enter the Earth in the Grove Arcade. We will be utilizing the regular theatre seating on the floor and balcony levels and filling in with single chairs up to the runway. Groups of 3-4 people have the option to purchase a group ticket for a teepee/boho styled tent to watch the show from.
Local designers have been asked to create bohemian styled looks and to pair 1-2 of their runway looks with merchandise/accessories from a local boutique. These designers and boutiques will be setup to sell their designs off the runway after the show. Downstairs in the dining hall, vendors selling boho styled art, home décor, animal hides/skulls, natural products, etc. Doors will open early and stay open after the show for ticket holders and passers-by to shop.
