Ingles Requires All Customers To Wear A Face Covering

Ingles Markets, Incorporated (NASDAQ: IMKTA) announces plans to require customers to wear a face covering to help in the fight against COVID-19. The CDC stated “Cloth face coverings are one of the most powerful weapons we have to slow and stop the spread of the virus – particularly when used universally within a community setting. Face covering, combined with physical distancing and frequent handwashing, has been proven to reduce the spread.”

WNC’s Real Estate Markets Have Reached an Equilibrium

Beverly-Hanks delivers their first quarter market report. Neal Hanks, Jr., President of Beverly-Hanks, REALTORSⓇ, recently delivered the company’s first quarter Real Estate Market Report.  According to the Beverly-Hanks Q1 2019 Real Estate Market Report, the Federal Finance Housing Agency reported a 7.53% price increase in the Asheville MSA last year. “The report also indicated a slight decrease in home prices during the fourth quarter of 2018,” said Hanks. “This could certainly be signaling some change.” Sales pace across the region has also tapered off in recent months. In a trend that began in the summer of 2017, the regional sales pace growth slowed to 0.3% over the last 12 months. “A supply shortage in certain price ranges is creating drag on the growth of the region’s sales pace,” said Hanks. “Overall, we expect that sales pace will remain on par with 2018 for the coming quarter.” Throughout the region as a whole, there continues to be an ample supply of homes for sale over $750,000, as well as good supply in the moderate price ranges. ASHEVILLE OUTLETS PRESENTS PINTS & POSES

Monthly Yoga Class includes UpCountry Brewing Craft Beer Ticket Sales to Benefit WNC YMCA Asheville Outlets is pleased to present Pints & Poses, a 45-minute yoga class led by instructors from the WNC YMCA, which includes a craft beer from UpCountry Brewing. The class is $10 per person and ticket sales benefit the WNC YMCA. Registration is at the door. Participants must be 21+ years old. Pints & Poses will be held at Asheville Outlets the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Dates include: May 16, June 13, July 18, August 15, September 19 and October 17, 2019. Each class will be held outdoors in the court in front of Nike Factory Store. If there is inclement weather, the classes will be moved to the Food Court. “Pints & Poses at Asheville Outlets is a fun evening of yoga for all levels. Plus, participants will enjoy a craft beer from UpCountry Brewing, one of the finest craft brewers in Asheville,” explains Asheville Outlets General Manager, Sharon Morgan. “We are also pleased to partner with the WNC YMCA and help fund crucial community programs”.
