Entree was delicious and well prepared. Love that they are dog friendly. The granola bar we had for dessert was somewhat bland and could have used more flavoring. Likewise, the leash policy for dogs on the patio left something to be desired as although we had dogs with us (on leashes) we were forced to contend with another patron's dog underfoot frequently. Would prefer stricter enforcement of that policy; an unruly dog can easily ruin one's meal or dump it in a patron's lap. Otherwise, enjoyed our visit very much.

The funky comfy decor, smell of cocoa wafting on the air and the huge variety of chocolate in every way you can imagine it charms you, but the taste of their chocolates is what makes you stay. I loved the chocolate creme brulee, the liquid chocolate bar (tho the 75% was a little bitter for me), and their truffles are to die for. Their cayenne truffle is delicious but - beware - as someone used to very spicy food, this one took my breath away. Cayenne and chocolate is one of my favorite ways to eat it, but this one should be enjoyed slowly and with something dairy to cut the sting a little. This is one of my favorite treats. Be aware, on weekends there can be a line out the door. There's good reason for it - it's very popular - but plan for a bit of a stay.
I really liked this tea house. I loved the smell, the menus which were bound books with a page dedicated to each offering.. the baba ganoush was fantastic. I loved that each tea set was unique and appropriate for the tea service, and the huge offerings of teas. My only complaint is that the Moroccan tea is not quite as authentic as they said it would be. It was minty enough but the Moroccan tea is supposed to be thick. Still, it's on my favorites list and I'll keep going back when I need a quiet, calm, delicious smelling place to hang out and drink tea.
