Hi-Wire Big Top Production Brewery Welcomes Food Service From Foothill Meats

Hi-Wire’s Big Top Production Brewery is proud to announce a new partnership with Foothills Local Meats to bring food service to their Biltmore Village Tap Room. Hi-Wire has been looking for the right partner to bring food to their Big Top Tap Room since opening in July 2015, and they have found the perfect match in Foothills. “Hi-Wire makes local, high-quality craft beer, and Foothills only sources local and pasture raised meats from independent family farms in North Carolina”, says Hi-Wire co-owner Chris Frosaker. “Our shared commitment to quality makes us great partners.”

Foothills customers can enjoy the last week of lunch service at their South Slope Deli this week, as their last day will be Friday, March 4th. The move to Hi-Wire’s Big Top will see the introduction of dinner service only at first, as the eatery will be open to mirror tap room hours seven days per week. Fans of both Hi-Wire and Foothills can look for new menu items such as hand-cut French fries, flat top burgers, and charcuterie boards, as well as a few of Foothills best-selling deli sandwiches, all made with the same high quality local meat they are known for.

“We’re shooting for a mid-March opening at Hi-Wire,” says Foothills owner Casey McKissick. “We’ll offer an after-work and evening menu featuring some new dishes, fun daily specials, and a few of our best-selling sandwiches. As the spring rolls in, we’ll add back lunch hours with plenty of parking and fast service for working folks on the go. I couldn’t be more excited about feeding people at Hi-Wire’s Big Top. The production facility is mesmerizing and the taproom is comfortable, friendly and fun.” Be on the lookout for soft opening dates, and a to-be-announced grand opening party.

As someone who doesn’t eat meat, this is a bummer to have to go there and smell meat cooking when I hang out there now without probably even having a vegetarian option (as this is a meat company setting up shop) 🙁
