Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced has that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with Parks Hospitality Group for Hyatt Place Asheville/Downtown NC. The hotel will be owned and managed by Parks Hospitality Group, and it is scheduled to open in 2015.
Located in the heart of Downtown Asheville, Hyatt Place Asheville/Downtown NC will be conveniently located walking distance from the city center’s numerous restaurants, dining, shops, and entertainment options. Hotel will feature a roof top bar and event space with stunning panoramic views of the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains. The 138-room hotel will feature the Hyatt Place brand’s distinct amenities:
