Along with rumors of a Target or Super Target going in next to the Lowes Home Improvement on Smokey Park Highway, we’ve been hearing whisperings of a new State Employees Credit Union Branch being built in that location as well. One staff writer wanted to find out more, and sent an inquiry to SECU about the potential new branch. This is what we learned:
