As many have noticed, once again Burial’s taproom at 40 Collier Avenue is undergoing renovations. We are finishing up enclosing the back patio to create heated indoor space in the winter. Don’t worry, during the warm months, the garage doors will be open to let the outside, in.
With that renovation, we are please to announce Salt & Smoke’s expansion which will coincide. Starting as a pop up kitchen just a few days a week, Josiah and Shannon, the owners of Salt & Smoke are working with us to open a kitchen on premise.
In the early part of 2016, Salt & Smoke will be running their kitchen 6 days a week at Burial Beer Co. with a fresh menu that will often rotate (most likely on a biweekly basis). Prices and examples of the menu will be released closer to their opening date.
In the interim, while they get ready to open, Salt & Smoke will be trimming down pop ups to just one day a week during Sunday Brunch. Look for a potential beer dinner at burial as well as charcuterie pop ups from Salt & Smoke!
Once open, Salt & Smoke will operate Tuesday- Friday from 4-10PM; Saturdays from 2-10PM and Sundays for Brunch from 12-4PM.
