Asheville loves beer. With over 30 breweries and new ones opening up daily, it can be nearly impossible to keep up with not only all of the beer related events that happen, but beers on tap as well. If you are new to the beer scene, the sheer number of options can be intimidating. What if there was an app to help guide you? Imagine an app that can tell you what beers are on tap; what breweries are near you; what beer events are happening; and allow you to create a beer list from brews that you are interested in or have tried and tell you where that beer was currently available locally. 1. Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway and photograph the foliage. Peak color this year is October 15th. One of the most often photographed places is the Linn Cove Viaduct, a bridge that wraps around Grandfather Mountain and gives you a breathtaking view of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
