Learn from experts about downsizing your home, while upsizing your quality of life

The Tiny Life is proud to present The Third Annual Tiny House Conference. Open to builders, enthusiasts, and those who are simply curious about the Tiny House Movement, the conference will take place Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Attendees will be able to tour tiny houses and participate in presenter sessions and workshops about why bigger is not always better. For more information on the event, the schedule for the weekend, and ticket information, visit www.TinyHouseConference.com.

The average American home is around 2,600 square feet, while the typical tiny house is around 200 square feet. Yes, the TinyHouse movement is about homes that come in different shapes and sizes, but the main focus is on simplified living. With shows on HGTV and blogs about the tiny lifestyle, the movement continues to garner attention and attract new interest.

The largest Tiny House event in the world, The Tiny House Conference is a celebration and information sharing platform for anyone interested in building or living in a tiny house. The conference will take place at the Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville (1 Resort Drive, Asheville, NC 28806). Attendees will learn about tiny home design, homebuilding, and environmentally conscious living. This year, attendees will have the option to select a track (A or B) tailored to his/her interest.

Track A will focus on building and technical topics, while track B will focus on the lifestyle around tiny houses, with some building topics mixed in. Now in its’ third year, The Tiny House Conference has not only grown in attendance, but has also gained international attention for the Tiny House movement. “The power of people connecting with others who share the same ideals is really an amazing thing, even on an international scale,” said Ryan Mitchell, conference organizer, tiny home owner, and editor of the acclaimed blog, www.TheTinyLife.com.

“The Tiny House Conference is designed to empower enthusiasts and give them the opportunity to learn from and talk with others living the tiny house life.”

The Tiny House Conference is presented by The Tiny Life with support from Tiny House Chat, Driftwood Homes USA, Humming Bird Housing, Blue Ridge Tiny Homes, Taylor Made Homes, Carolina Sustainable Structures, Onduline North America, and Tiny House Teacher.
