The Forge: Staff Series – Double Red Ale with Papaya and Passion Fruit – The tenth iteration of our small batch staff series was brewed by, the one and only, “General” Travis Floan. A Double Red Ale base creates a malty backbone comprised of Pale, Munich, and Crystal malts, which was then hopped intensely with Citra and Cashmere, and conditioned on one pound per gallon of Papaya and Passion fruit.

Massacre of the Innocents IPA – Redundancy is sin. As brewers we have innocently made IPA for years, rife with simple barley malt bills and pungent grapefruit hop aromas. Stagnant no more, we molded this beer from our love for farmhouse fermentation, by using a wild strain of yeast and relying on the old guard of oats and wheat. Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Galaxy, and Citra hops this IPA finishes dry and crisp.
