Burial’s Backyard Barbecue with Buxton Hall Barbecue April 11

Saturday April 11 @ 2PM Burial will open their taproom but it won’t be like every other Saturday. This marks the unveiling of their beer garden.

To celebrate what is undoubtedly going to be a fun spring and summer on the south slope, we are hosting Buxton Hall Barbecue. Elliott moss, renowned local chef, currently of the thunderbird pop up at MG Road, is working hard to open his new barbecue place on Buxton Avenue right around the corner!

You can expect two whole hogs, barbecue chickens and a variety of sides to enjoy from Chef Elliott Moss and his Buxton Hall Barbecue crew. Food will be for purchase directly from the chefs. Live music from 3-8PM from the George Mandelkorn Project who knock it out of the park for us every Sunday at our jazz brunch.

This is just the first of several collaborative events between Burial Beer Co. and Buxton Hall Barbecue. You can expect delicious food from Buxton Hall Barbecue at Burial Beer Co.’s Second Annual Sharpen the Blades Saison Festival on Saturday May 2. An event where we feature 30 different Saisons from 30 different NC breweries + a Beer Week event on Friday, May 29th where we will host an interactive beer + food pairing at our taproom.

Burial Beer Co. is located at 40 Collier Avenue.

Current hours of operation:

Tuesday -Thursday 4-10PM, Friday + Saturday 2-10PM

Sunday 12-8PM w/ Jazz Brunch
