Jazz Brunch at Burial Beer Sunday 12/28/14

Burial Beer, located on Asheville’s south slope is having a Jazz Brunch this Sunday. Join in on the fun 12/28/14. The brewery will be open from noon until 8 PM. Get there early, because the food will be out at noon, and once it’s gone it’s gone! There will be a brand new menu of main courses. Gumbo, red beans, and rice are the staple dish of the brunch. Check out the new menu items below:

12/28 Menu (new items)

  • Cajun spiced pork chop, boudin gouda grits, malted currants, chicory porter braised greens, crispy trinity $15
  • Buttermilk beignets w/ egg nog creme anglaise & peppermint chocolate sauce $5
  • Chicken and andouille gumbo $8
  • Red beans & rice $6 

They  will also be serving 1000 Faces Coffee as well as Beermosas with their Fransisca Satsuma Blonde and OJ (of course)!

However it doesn’t stop there- Burial will be releasing the Voorhamer Imperial Stout on Sunday! The stouts are back in action!

If you are coming for the music, George Mandelkorn Project will be playing at the brewery from 1-4PM.

Every week a portion of the food sales will go to benefit a local non-profit. Burial Beer Company  will match the proceeds from the food sales. This week the Western North Carolina Nature Center will receive the donation.
