New Belgium’s Asheville Brewery Opens for Public Tastings May 2
On Monday, May 2, beer fans can kick back along the French Broad River in Asheville and sip a Fat Tire Amber Ale in New Belgium’s sparkling new “Liquid Center” tasting room. The doors swing open at 21 Craven Street, Asheville, NC and the public will be able to taste New Belgium beers for the first time at the brewery’s new location. Tasting room hours are Monday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday noon to 8:00 p.m. Public brewery tours will start this summer.

Wicked Weed Tasting Room Delayed Opening
Last year Wicked Weed introduced Asheville citizens to their 40,000 square foot brewing facility in Candler, North Carolina. This new production facility was a vertical move to increase their distribution in Asheville, to support their large offering of beers. Wicked Weed proudly offers a minimum of 25 beers available at all times, taking an "ADD approach to brewing," chuckles Walt Dickinson.
