Asheville Outlets is pleased to welcome Acropolis Pizza to the Food Court. Known as “the place where locals eat,” this will be the restaurant’s second location. Acropolis specializes in traditional Mediterranean, Greek and Serbian cuisine, including salads, gyros, pasta and, of course, pizza. The Asheville Outlets location will offer a smaller menu than their Arden restaurant, but will still have the favorites they are known for.

Asheville Outlets is pleased to announce the installation of a Tesla Motors Supercharger station. Designed for the Model S, the Supercharger houses stations for eight vehicles and will be able to charge them in minutes versus hours. It will be located in the parking lot near the Dillard’s Clearance Center. Representatives from Asheville Outlets, Land of Sky Clean Vehicles Coalition and Blue Ridge Electric Vehicle (EV) Club will be on-site for the official ribbon cutting event, which begins at 1:30 p.m. on December 19th.

Asheville Outlets is pleased to announce the grand opening of Lindt Chocolate Shop on Friday, November 20th The doors will open at 10 a.m., following a special ribbon cutting. The new chocolate shop will feature chocolate drinks; a chocolate dipping station where customers can purchase freshly dipped strawberries; and, a wide variety of Lindt customer favorites like LINDOR truffles and EXCELLENCE premium dark chocolate bars. Lindt Chocolate Shop will be located next to Justice.

Starting kindergarten can be scary for both kids and their parents, so Asheville Outlets has teamed up with the Buncombe County Schools to create an event that will make that step just a little easier. On Tuesday, November 17th, over twenty-two schools and ten different county school curriculum departments will set up informational and interactive booths and displays in the Food Court at Asheville Outlets. Families with future kindergarten students are encouraged to attend to find out more about what to expect for the first year of school. The event takes place from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.

The shop is honoring the monumental birthday by offering a huge 35% savings off most products in the store for the entire month of November. Residents of Weaverville rejoice; a Publix Super Market will be opening in 2017. Publix is the largest employee owned grocery chain in the United States. In April of 2015, the popular Florida grocery store opened their first Western North Carolina location on Hendersonville Road in Asheville. Now out of town residents will be able to enjoy all that Publix offers when the 49,000 square foot store opens in Weaverville.
