MARCH FOR BABIES KICK-OFF & MIRACLE MODELS FASHION SHOW
Asheville Outlets will host the March of Dimes 2017 March for Babies kick-off fundraising event, as well as, the first Miracle Models Fashion Show on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Families and businesses throughout Western North Carolina are invited to attend and start raising funds for March for Babies. During the kick-off, participants will have the opportunity to meet the event chairs and the 2017 Ambassador Family. Guests can also pick up fundraising materials, and prepare for a successful March for Babies team.
This year the March for Babies Kick-off will feature the first March of Dimes Miracle Models Fashion Show. Each model was either born premature, with a birth defect or was the healthy baby born after the infant death of their older sibling. Each model will showcase fashion from select Asheville Outlet stores including ASICS, Field & Stream, Gap Factory Outlet, Hanesbrands, Justice, Maurices, The Children’s Place, Vera Bradley and VF Outlet, among others.

The Miracle Models Fashion Show is a true testament to the incredible programs the March of Dimes offers for babies and children. We are honored to have them with us for the day.”
About March of Dimes March for Babies
March for Babies raises funds for vital research to help prevent premature birth and birth defects. Funds raised also support community programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies. In North Carolina more than 11,000 babies are born prematurely each year. Babies born too soon are more likely to die or have life-long disabilities.
