Please fill out the form below to apply for consideration to receive one Feast Box. Each Feast Box is equipped with enough food to feed a family of five, and all traditional Thanksgiving Day meal items, including a frozen turkey, canned vegetables, pie, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy. Families will receive their Feast Boxes a minimum of 3 days before the holiday, so that they can prepare the meal and add their own ingredients.
Each Feast Box contains food that only needs an additional few ingredients to cook the meal, and access to a stove.
Please know that your privacy is of utmost importance, and only the selection committee will have access to any identifying information.
