Join Roux in Biltmore Park for “Love Roux to the Moon,” a special Valentine’s Day dinner Feb. 14-16, prepared by South Asheville’s famed chef Randy Dunn.
This special three-course meal includes a seared scallop crudo appetizer with rare diver scallops with fresh grapefruit juice, umami sauce, tamari almonds, rocket and radish, pumpkin seed crusted Chilean seabass butternut squash risotto, grilled asparagus lemon-anchovy caper butter and passion fruit crème brûlée for dessert.
