Holiday Pop-up Series at Firestorm Announces Artist Lineup for 2019

Since opening on Haywood Road in 2015, Firestorm Books & Coffee has hosted an annual holiday craft pop-up in mid-December. These events have given a platform to emerging artists and offered holiday shoppers an opportunity to find something affordable and unique. This year, Firestorm will host three pop-ups, each featuring the work of at least six artists. A portion of each sale will underwrite social movement space and the co-operative’s grassroots community programming in 2020.

MECO was recorded and mixed by Bradfute in his Tone Chaparral Studios in Madison, Tennessee and mastered by Jim DeMain at Yes Master Studios in Nashville.

Isis Music Hall is proud to host an evening of homegrown North Carolina music, co-presented by Yep Roc Records and The Oxford American magazine. This special night of intimate collaborations, led by North Carolina singer-songwriter Tift Merritt, is part of a “Statewide Singing Circle” produced in celebration of The Oxford America's twentieth annual Southern Music issue, featuring North Carolina music. NewSong Music Brings 17th Annual Performance & Songwriting Competition to Asheville

For the first time in its seventeen year history, the live performance finals of the NewSong Music Performance & Songwriting Competition will be held this December in Asheville, where NewSong Music has been headquartered since 2012.
