Hi-Wire Brewing Releases Beer to Benefit Wilmington, N.C. Children

Hi-Wire Brewing is proud to release “Donate To Wilm Kids By Drinking This Beer.” This Tropical IPA (6% ABV) with a mouthful of a name aims to help put food in the mouths of Wilmington, N.C. kids in need. A portion of the proceeds from every 6-pack and pint sold will be donated to Wilmington’s NourishNC, a non-profit organization that provides hungry children with healthy food, empowering them to succeed in the classroom and in their community. The beer itself blends sweet and tart tropical flavors from pineapple and mango with dank floral and citrus notes from Amarillo and El Dorado hops.

Hi-Wire Brewing Begins Distribution to Indiana

Hi-Wire Brewing has extended its distribution footprint again this year with the addition of Indiana bringing the total count to nine states east of the Mississippi. Hi-Wire Brewing Announces Plans for Wilmington, NC Taproom

North Carolina’s Hi-Wire Brewing continues to expand despite the turmoil of the global COVID-19 pandemic with the announcement of a fifth taproom set to open in Wilmington, North Carolina in fall of 2020. Chris Frosaker, co-owner of the Asheville-based brewery, states, “Steady retail, as well as geographic growth, is central to our business plan, even during a pandemic.” With three North Carolina retail taprooms and a fourth in Tennessee, Hi-Wire Brewing’s total distribution footprint has swelled to eight states since opening in 2013, including the expansion to Virginia in April of this year.

Hi-Wire Brewing Expands Distribution to Alabama

Hi-Wire Brewing will be launching distribution in the entire state of Alabama beginning Tuesday, October 15 with roll-out events scheduled through October 17 in Birmingham, Mobile, Montgomery, & Huntsville.  Hi-Wire will be launching Alabama with their entire portfolio, including year-round, seasonal, and specialty beer offerings. Hi-Wire Brewing Announces Plans To Open New Event Space in Early Summer 2019

Hi-Wire Brewing has acquired the remainder of the building housing their Big Top Production Facility and plans to open a new event space on May 1, 2019. The Event Space at Hi-Wire Brewing is a unique, industrial chic venue, situated just two miles from the heart of Downtown Asheville in Biltmore Village. Located next to their Big Top Production Facility & Taproom, the 5500 square foot Event Space is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, luncheons, or private parties.  Guests will have access to amenities including a full-service bar, featuring 8 taps of Hi-Wire beer, bar staff, folding chairs, 8ft rectangular tables, 70” round tables, projector and screen, glassware, wi-fi, and much more. In addition, the rental includes a bridal suite & grooms area decorated and designed by West Elm. Hi-Wire Brewing has announced their 2019 Release Calendar, with the coming year seeing many returning fan favorites and a line-up of new beers to keep things fresh and build on what was a huge 2018 from the Asheville brewery.
