Originally brewed with Carolina Rye™, heirloom rye grown in North Carolina and floor malted by Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, RyePA revival also incorporates rye from Colorado Malting, a fourth-generation family farm in Alamosa, CO. Bold Rock Hard Cider Celebrates Opening in Mills River

Today, the largest hard cider marker in the Carolinas opened their doors to hundreds of excited locals. Only a few miles from  Sierra Nevada Brewery, Bold Rock Hard Cider welcomed visitors to their 22,500 square foot bottling facility at 72 School House Road in Mills River. The two level tasting room overlooks the production space, where locally sourced apples will be turned into alcoholic beverages available in a variety of flavors.
