As many have noticed, once again Burial’s taproom at 40 Collier Avenue is undergoing renovations. We are finishing up enclosing the back patio to create heated indoor space in the winter. Don't worry, during the warm months, the garage doors will be open to let the outside, in.

6 Brewery Collaboration Release

New Orleans: A city that we find inspiration in. A city close to our hearts. Mardi Gras. A celebration of food, music and culture.

They  will also be serving 1000 Faces Coffee as well as Beermosas with their Fransisca Satsuma Blonde and OJ (of course)! However it doesn't stop there- we are releasing our Voorhamer Imperial Stout on Sunday! The stouts are back in action!

Next week marks the beginning of the 5th Annual Asheville Beer Week, and to say that there is a lot going on would be an understatement.  There are over 70 events planned around town including small batch beer releases, noteworthy tap takeovers, educational seminars, food pairings, and plenty of other festivities for everyone.  

When it comes to beer, the styles and ingredients used can vary greatly by season.  Sometimes it can be hard to choose a favorite, between drinkable Hefeweizens and Pilsners in the heat of Summer, Spiced Stouts in the cold of Winter, or pumpkin ales in… July?!  Oh well, let’s not go there yet.
