Asheville to Host First Drag Brunch to Support Homeless

Asheville Drag Brunch will host its first Local Celebrity Drag Brunch on Sunday, March 10 at 1 p.m. at Bebette’s Café in Asheville to raise funds for the homeless. One ticket buys brunch which includes coffee, beignets, cheese grits, vegetable egg casserole, sausage, and breakfast potatoes, and also includes the drag show.  Profits from this show benefit the local charity BeLoved Asheville as they help Asheville's homeless people year-round.  Upcoming brunches will benefit additional local charities.  Tickets are on sale now at www.AshevilleDragBrunch.com

Asheville Symphony presents Beethoven’s timeless Pastoral Symphony

The Asheville Symphony brings Beethoven’s love letter to nature to life with a performance of the Pastoral Symphony on Saturday, February 23 at 8 p.m. Led by guest conductor Mei-Ann Chen, the evening also features Kodály’s Dances of Galánta and Dvořák’s Violin Concerto with guest violinist Alexi Kenney. The concert takes place at Thomas Wolfe Auditorium in downtown Asheville.

Asheville River Arts District February Second Saturday February 12th, 2019

On the Second Saturday of each month, the River Arts District will be holding gallery walks with live demonstrations, live music, wine tastings / spreads of food, and more!
